In the 2013 festival Lapland’s Jazz Blues “mother”, Pirkko Hietaniemi opened during the evening in one of the hosting hotels and quotes (loosely translated):

I’ll still play Lapland this year and the event here in the summer , but the responsibility is transferred jazzeista Pub clear Pyyn entrepreneur Ilkka Poutanen . However, I promised him not to be part of next year’s Jazz Festival with the design of the background to help talkootyöläisenä and then the event itself .

Previous performers of 2013 were: Osku Rajala , Pirkko Hietaniemi, Juha Söder | Nina Mya and his orchestra | Pori Palmgren | Severi Koivusalo Quintet | Henri Jokinen. Performers and lineups of previous years.
